Data,Transaction Costs and the Evolution of Organizational Forms
摘要
Abstract
Accompanying the profound application of computer and network technologies,the explosive growth of data and the significant improvement in information processing capabilities mark the advent of the big data era.Under the framework of incomplete contract theory,the paper aims to explore the mechanism through which data influences organizational forms,and analyzes the changes of the organizational forms'boundaries between data holders and data users.We propose that the application of massive amounts of data impacts the pre-and post-contract transaction costs through information completeness and bargaining power,thereby influencing the completeness of contracts and the evolution of organizational forms.关键词
