数字化转型能否促进企业新质生产力发展?
Can Digital Transformation Promote the Development of New Quality Productivity of Enterprises?Evidence from China's A-Share Listed Companies

Abstract
Based on the panel data of A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the impact and transmission mechanism between digital transformation of enterprises and new quality productivity of enterprises.The findings suggest that the digital transformation of companies significantly drives the enhancement of enterprises'new quality productivity,and this conclusion remains robust even after undergoing a series of rigorous tests for validity.The results of the mediation effect test indicate that enterprise risk-taking and ESG performance play a mediating role in the impact of enterprise digital transformation on new quality productivity.The moderation effect test shows that investor attention,industry competition intensity,and government subsidies play a positive role in moderating the impact of enterprise digital transformation on new quality productivity.Analysis of heterogeneity indicates that digital transformation significantly enhances new quality productivity in state-owned enterprises.growth and maturity stage enterprises,technology intensive industries,and highly competitive industries.In labor-intensive,capital intensive,and low market competitive industries,digital transformation has a negative effect on new quality productivity.关键词
