数字经济背景下陕西省制造企业数字化转型的影响因素研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises in Shaanxi Province Under the Background of the Digital Economy

Abstract
In the context of globalization and rapid technological advancement,digital transformation has become crucial for manufacturing enterprises aiming to enhance their competitiveness.The rise of the digital economy presents new market opportunities for manufacturing businesses in Shaanxi Province,yet it also poses challenges to traditional production and management models.For these enterprises,digital transformation is not just a technological innovation but represents a profound overhaul encompassing business philosophies,organizational structures,and market strategies.This paper conducts a detailed analysis of the digital economy and,building on previous research,identifies the key factors influencing the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.It utilizes the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to establish a model of influencing factors and their respective weights.The study then systematically examines the impact of organizational culture,capabilities,market demand,and regulatory policies,integrating case studies to propose strategies that facilitate and optimize digital transformation.This research not only aids the technological advancement and transformative upgrading of manufacturing enterprises but also has significant implications for achieving high-quality economic development.关键词
