Effect of Autologous PRP in Promoting Wound Healing in Skin Flap Transfer for Wound Repair after Skin Tumor Resection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in promoting wound healing in the auxiliary skin flap transfer for wound repair after skin tumor resection.Methods A total of 87 patients who underwent skin tumor resection from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=43)by the random number table method.All the wounds of the two groups of patients after tumor resection were repaired by skin flap transfer.The research group was also treated with PRP gel as an adjuvant therapy.The dressing change,serum inflammatory factors,and scar repair scores at different time after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 week after the operation,the number of wetted gauze layers,the number of inner gauze changes,and the frequency of dressing changes in the observation group were all less than those in the control group(P<0.01).At 1 month after the operation,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1 β and interferon-γ in both groups were lower than those before the operation,and the levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).At 6 months after the operation,the scores of scar color,vascular distribution,thickness,softness and the total score of the Vancouver Scar Scale in the observation group were lower than those at 1 month after the operation,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).No tumor recurrence occurred at the wound repair site in either group of patients during the follow-up period.Conclusion PRP as an auxiliary skin flap for wound repair treatment after skin tumor resection helps promote wound healing,reduce the degree of inflammatory response,and in the meantime alleviate scar formation.关键词
