清热祛湿健脾方结合阴道乳酸菌胶囊治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染脾虚湿热证的效果及安全性分析
Analysis of the Effect and Safety of Qingre Qushi Jianpi Formula Combined with Vaginal Lactobacillus Capsule in the Treatment of High-risk HPV Infection of the Cervix with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness-Heat Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Qingre Qushi Jianpi formula combined with Vaginal Lactobacillus capsules in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection of the cervix with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome.Methods A total of 94 patients with high-risk HPV infection of the cervix with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Vaginal Lactobacillus capsules,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Qingre Qushi Jianpi formula and Vaginal Lactobacillus capsules.The clinical efficacy,improvement rate of HPV infection,changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores before and after treatment,and changes in interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-12(IL-12),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels of the two groups were compared.The adverse reactions and recurrence at 1-year follow-up of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate[95.74%(45/47)]and the improvement rate of HPV infection[100.00%(47/47)]in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group[82.98%(39/47),89.36%(42/47)](P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and IL-4 in both groups decreased,while the levels of IFN-γ and IL-12 increased;the improvement degree of the above indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group at 1-year follow-up was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Qushi Jianpi formula combined with Vaginal Lactobacillus capsules has remarkable clinical effects in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection of the cervix with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome.It can effectively eliminate HPV,improve the patient's condition,and has high safety and a low recurrence rate.关键词
