煤基活性炭制备技术研究进展
Research progress on the preparation technology of coal-based activated carbon
摘要
Abstract
Coal-based activated carbon,as an important component in achieving the high added-value and resource utilization of coal,plays a crucial role in advancing the clean and efficient use of coal.This review summarizes the research progress in the preparation technologies of coal-based activated carbon,including studies on feedstock coal(such as anthracite and weakly caking coal),carbonization(such as direct carbonization and micro-wave-assisted carbonization),and activation(including physical activation,chemical activation,physical-chemical activation,and microwave activation).The review also explores various activation methods for the preparation of acti-vated carbon,such as H2O activation,CO2 activation,KOH activation,NaOH activation,K2CO3 activation,ZnCl2 activation,H3PO4 activation,physical-chemical activation and microwave activation.Finally,the review looks ahead to the future development trends of coal-based activated carbon preparation technologies.Raw materi-al coal plays a decisive role in the production of coal-based activated carbon,and the structure and performance of coal-based activated carbon prepared from different raw material coals have large differences.The carbonization of coal-based activated carbon is divided into direct carbonization and microwave-assisted carbonization.The carboni-zation heating rate,the final temperature of carbonization,and the holding time of carbonization in the carbonization process directly affect the structure and properties of activated carbon.Coal-based activated carbon preparation tech-nology will develop towards the in-depth study of activation mechanism,green and sustainable preparation technolo-gy,functionalization and modification,and the development of multifunctional composite materials in the future.Coal-based activated carbon preparation technology is of great significance to realize the high value-added utilization of coal resources.关键词
