耦合电袋除尘器效率模型构建研究
The study on establishment of efficiency model of coupling reinforced electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator

Abstract
Coupling reinforced electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator has broad development potential because of its superior performance.However,the existing research mainly focuses on the fields of single dust removal perform-ance model and electric bag filter operation performance model,while there is very little research in the field of the coupling electric bag filter efficiency calculation model.Therefore it is necessary to explore the efficiency models of the coupled electric baghouse.The existing dust collector efficiency model is improved by theoretical study,and the electrostatic efficiency model between the porous plates is derived on the basis of Deutsch's formula.The bag dust removal efficiency model has been modified,and the efficiency model of AHPC structure and coupling reinforced e-lectrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator are proposed.The accuracy of the models under different conditions are veri-fied by comparing experimental data.The maximum difference between calculated and experimental values of efficien-cy of the bag filter efficiency and of coupling reinforced electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator overall efficiency is 0.01%and 0.06%,respectively.The maximum difference between the calculated and experimental values of the AHPC electric bag filter grading efficiency model is 0.55%,and the fit degree is good in all cases.The applicability and accuracy of the theoretical model of efficiency within the range of controllable relative deviation are good,which can make up for the lack of the efficiency modeling field of electric bag filter and provide theoretical support for the ef-ficiency prediction of coupled electric bag filter.关键词
