Construction and application prospects of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing
摘要
Abstract
The intelligent laboratory for coal quality testing integrates multiple scientific technologies such as automa-tion technology,artificial intelligence technology,and the Internet of Things technology.It enables high efficiency,precision,and full-process automation in coal quality testing procedures,which effectively improving the accuracy and reliability of inspection data and providing foundational support for scientific decision-making in the coal industry.Therefore,the construction of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing has become an inevitable trend.The ex-isting problems in the construction of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing was analyzed,which including low automation level of equipment,great difficulty in technology integration,many challenges in data security and man-agement,and shortage of compound talents.The specific components of intelligent laboratory for coal quality testing construction were introduced.Meanwhile,the core technologies in the construction of intelligent laboratories were e-laborated,and the application prospects of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing were explored,in order to provide theoretical support for promoting the efficient and intelligent development of coal testing.The"lights-out la-boratory"concept was introduced,and a comprehensive framework for building an intelligent laboratory for coal qual-ity testing was proposed,which included four layers:the perception layer,the transmission layer,the platform layer and the application layer.The construction content mainly included five systems,which were intelligent sampling sys-tem,intelligent testing system,intelligent logistics system,intelligent control system and laboratory information man-agement system.The key technologies primarily included automation testing and control technology,robotics technol-ogy,Internet of Things technology,artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology.The construction of intel-ligent laboratories for coal quality testing is currently in nascent development stage,it has broad application prospects in improving detection efficiency and accuracy,promoting green development of coal industry and promoting industrial upgrading.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen industry-university-research cooperation,increase investment in technology research and development,accelerate the training of multi-disciplinary talents,promote the construc-tion and demonstration application of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing,create a new paradigm of intelli-gent"lights-out laboratory",and drive the digital transformation and high-quality development of the coal industry.关键词
