聚苯乙烯微塑料对小管福寿螺抗氧化酶活性和肠道菌群的影响
Effects of Polystyrene Microplastics on the Antioxidant Enzyme Activity and Intestinal Microbiota of Pomacea canaliculata

Abstract
Microplastics,emerging as a novel environmental pollutant,pose potential health risks to aquatic organisms.This study investigated the effects of polystyrene microplastics on antioxidant enzyme activities and gut microbiota in Pomacea canaliculata.Experiments were conducted using polystyrene microplastics partices with diameters of 0.5 μm and 5 μm,at concentrations of 4 mg/L and 40 mg/L,over a period of 96 h.The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was significantly reduced in the microplastic treatment groups,while no significant difference was observed in catalase(CAT)activity.Additionally,the content of reduced glutathione(GSH)was decreased in the microplastic treatment groups.The α-diversity of gut microbiota in P.canaliculata exhibited no significant variation across treatment groups.However,β-diversity demonstrated notable differences,particularly between the 0.5 μm(4 mg/L)group and other treatment groups.Exposure to 0.5 μm microplastics at different concentrations(4 mg/L and 40 mg/L)induced a significant reduction in the relative abundance of Firmicutes in the gut.In contrast,exposure to 40 mg/L microplastics of both sizes(0.5 μm and 5 μm)led to a pronounced decrease in Lactococcus levels,with an enrichment of pathogenic bacteria such as Microbacterium and Pseudomonas.In conclusion,although polystyrene microplastics induced an oxidative stress response in P.canaliculata,they did not significantly affect the diversity of its gut microbiota.Nevertheless,these microplastics altered the microbial community structure,promoting the proliferation of various pathogenic bacteria.关键词
