Demagnetization Analysis of Built-in"V"Type Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
摘要
Abstract
Permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)are characterized by high efficiency,small size,and light weight,and thus find applications in various sectors of production and daily life.However,due to cost concerns,some enterprises have to opt for alternative driving methods.The most expensive component in a PMSM is the permanent mag-net.If the minimum boundary conditions of the permanent magnet can be identified in the design of a PMSM,the cost of the motor can be reduced accordingly.To tackle the above issues,this paper proposes a method for determining the boundary dimensions of"V"-shaped permanent magnets using finite element analysis.The research findings hold sig-nificant practical value for reducing the cost of PMSMs and optimizing the design of their permanent magnets.关键词
