依沃西单抗联合化疗治疗肺转移性肌上皮癌1例暨文献复习

摘要
Abstract
Myoepithelial carcinoma is a rare malignant ne-oplasm characterized by high recurrence rates and poor prognosis.Given its rarity,standardized therapeutic protocols remain undefined.We report a case of pulmonary metastatic myoepithelial carcinoma that achieved partial response to ivonescimab plus chemotherapy after disease progression on both anti-PD-1/anti-CD40 bispecific antibody therapy and anti-PD-1 com-bined with chemotherapy.This article presents this case along with a review of the relevant literature to provide a rationale for the medical treatment of myoepithelial carcinoma.关键词
