伽玛刀治疗小细胞肺癌脉络膜转移1例暨文献复习
A Case Report and Literature Review of Choroidal Metastasis from Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated with Gamma Knife

Abstract
Choroidal metastasis is a secondary malignant tumor that originates from other parts of the body and spreads to the choroid of the eye via blood or lymph system.Treatment typically involves a combination of systemic therapy and local therapy,with radiotherapy being one of the most common forms of local treatment.Given the functional sensitivity of the eye,preserving post-treatment quality of life is paramount,necessitating treatment selection that prioritizes minimal side effects and cost-effectiveness.The Gamma Knife is frequently used in the treatment of brain metastases due to its precise high-dose delivery in a single session and short treatment cycle.Emerging evidence supports its use for choroidal metastases,typically employing a single-fraction approach.In this case,the patient received Gamma Knife treatment with 6 Gy per fraction over three sessions at one-week intervals and timely adjustments to the target area.This approach effectively protected the optic nerves and yielded significant clinical results.This report indicates that fractionated Gamma Knife treatment is a relatively safe and effective option for treating choroidal metastasis.关键词
