摘要
Abstract
Children with cancer are at high risk of malnutrition due to disease burden and treatment, which compromises therapeutic efficacy and prognosis.Nutritional risk assessment is a critical component for improving prognosis and quality of life, primarily encompassing body composition analysis and assessment using scales.Body composition analysis provides ob-jective quantification of physiological compartments and enables longitudinal monitoring of nutritional status, though its clini-cal utility is constrained by cost and technical requirements.Scale-based nutritional screening offers advantages of speed and simplicity, but is limited by subjectivity and the absence of pediatric oncology-specific tools. Therefore, this review focuses on body composition methodologies(MUAC,TSFT,BIA,DEXA)and nutritional risk assessment frameworks(STAMP,SGNA,PYMS,STRONGkids,SCAN,NRS-PC),aiming to inform evidence-based selection of appropriate nutritional as-sessment tools for pediatric cancer patients.关键词
