摘要
Abstract
Endometrial cancer(EC)is one of the three most common gynecologic malignancies,and its incidence ranks highest among gynecologic cancers in developed countries.The incidence of EC in China is also steadily increasing.Early detection and diagnosis are critical for guiding treatment strategies and enhancing prognosis in EC patients.Currently,ultra-sonography is routinely employed in the diagnosis of EC,preoperative staging,and assessment of myometrial invasion depth.This article focuses on the research progress and application of various ultrasonography methods,including Transvaginal Color Doppler sonography(TV-CDS),three-dimensional transvaginal sonography(3D-TVS),three-dimensional power Doppler ul-trasound(3D-PDUS),contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS),and ultrasound elastography(UE),in the diagnosis and screening of EC,and provides evidence supporting the use of ultrasonography in EC screening.关键词
