家庭护士食疗理论在变应性鼻炎病人中的实证研究
Empirical research on family nurse dietary therapy theory in patients with allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of the dietary plan constructed based on family nurse dietary therapy theory on anti-inflammation,antioxidation,metabolic regulation and immune function in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 66 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited the ENT outpatient department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province from September to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases).The intervention group(33 cases).The control group was given Family Nurse®5·20 substitute tea combined with dietary care.The intervention group was given Family Nurse®5·25 substitute tea combined with dietary care.The body weight,immunity,inflammation,oxidative stress and metabolic indicators of the two groups were compared after 6 weeks of intervention.Results:After 6 weeks of intervention,the improvement effect of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the control group was better than that in the intervention group(P<0.05).The scores of TNSS and RQLQ in the intervention group were lower those that in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the decrease amplitudes of body weight,BMI,visceral fat area and body fat mass between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The two groups of dietary plans have significant improvement effects on the immunity,inflammation,oxidative stress and metabolic indicators of patients with allergic rhinitis,further confirming the effectiveness and applicability of the family nurse dietary therapy theory in the intervention of allergic rhinitis.关键词
