家庭护士食疗理论在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症术后病人中的实证研究
Empirical research on family nurse dietary therapy theory in postoperative patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of family nurse dietary therapy program based on family nurse dietary therapy theory in postoperative patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods:A total of 56 postoperative patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans at a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province from March 2024 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and intervention group by using random number table method,28 cases each.The control group received conventional dietary intervention,while the intervention group received a family nurse dietary therapy program.The ankle-brachial index(ABI),blood lipids levels,C-reactive protein levels,homocysteine levels,body weight,and body mass index were compared between the two groups after 30 days of intervention.Results:Compared with before the intervention,in terms of the ankle-brachial index,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,C-reactive protein,and homocysteine levels in the intervention group showed improvements after 30 days of intervention.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After 30 days of intervention,in terms of the ankle-brachial index and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,while the body mass index was lower.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The family nurse dietary therapy program has a positive effect on improving the periphera arterial blood flow in postoperative patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans,which verified the effectiveness of the family nurse dietary therapy theory.关键词
