摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the application of the family nurse dietary therapy theory in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 73 patients who underwent chemotherapy in the oncology department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province from June to December 2024 were selected,and randomly divided into the control group of 35 cases and the observation group of 38 cases.The final observation group of 35 patients and the control group of 35 cases completed the trial.The control group formulated the diet plan according to the"Nutritional support guidelines for cancer patients".The observation group adopted the family nurse dietary therapy program based on family nurse dietary therapy theory,and formulated personalized diet plans.After six weeks of intervention,the inflammatory indicators,nutritional indicators,metabolic indicators and safety indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Inflammatory indicators included interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ).Nutritional indicators included total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB),hemoglobin(Hb).Antioxidant indicators included superoxide dismutase(SOD).Metabolic indicators included fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Safety indicators include alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatinine,and urea.The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)scores,the Patient Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)scores and the occurrence of adverse digestive tract reactions after chemotherapy of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results:After 6 weeks of intervention,TP and ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and IL-6,IFN-γ,ALT and AST in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The FACT-G score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The PG-SGA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The total incidence of adverse chemotherapy reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.There were differences statistical significant between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusions:This study verified the effectiveness of the family nurse dietary therapy theory in anti-inflammation,antioxidation and metabolic regulation in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.关键词
