青年高血压病人疾病风险感知的潜在剖面分析
Latent profile analysis of disease risk perception in young patients with hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To explore the potential categories of disease risk perception in young patients with hypertension,and to analyze the relationship between disease risk perception and the risk of cardiovascular disease onset,so as to provide basis for formulating personalized risk communication strategies.Methods:A total of 327 young patients with hypertension from 3 tertiary grade A general hospitals in Hubei province were selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,Non-Communicable Diseases Perceived Risk(NCD-PR)and the overall risk assessment tool for cardiovascular diseases were used to investigate young patients with hypertension.Results:The disease risk perception score of young hypertensive patients was 59.00(52.00,64.00).Latent profile analysis showed that disease risk perception of young patients with hypertension could be divided into three categories:perception disorder type-low disease risk perception group(10.4%),normal type-moderate disease risk perception group(76.1%),and active action type-high disease risk perception group(13.5%).The potential categories of disease risk perception in young patients with hypertension were negatively correlated with the 10-year risk assessment of cardiovascular diseases and the lifetime risk of cardiovascular diseases(P<0.001).The results of the regression analysis showed that family history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was the influencing factors of the potential category of disease risk perception in young hypertensive patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The disease risk perception of young patients with hypertension was at a medium level,but it was heterogeneous.Disease risk perception was an important influencing factor for the risk of cardiovascular disease onset.Medical staff could formulate precise and personalized risk communication strategies based on the potential categories of disease risk perception,to improve the disease cognition of young hypertensive patients and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease onset.关键词
