老年脑卒中病人积极度的影响因素及路径分析
Influencing factors and pathways analysis of activation in elderly stroke patients

Abstract
Objective:Based on the theory of individual and family self-management,to construct a structural equation model of the influencing factors of activation in elderly stroke patients.To provide reference for formulating intervention plans to enhance the activation level of patients.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 565 elderly stroke patients who were hospitalized in 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Hefei city from January to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The investigation was conducted by using the general information questionnaire,Consumer Health Activation Index(CHAI),Stroke Patients'Symptom Experience Scale(Stroke-SES),Herth Hope Index(HHI),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results:The CHAI score of elderly stroke patients was(59.14±24.14)points.The symptom burden,avoidance coping style and submission coping style of elderly stroke patients were negatively correlated with the patients'activation(all P<0.05).The hope level,confrontation coping style,social support were positively correlated with the patient activation(all P<0.05).The results of the mediating effect showed that symptom burden had an indirect effect on activation through hope,confrontation coping style,submission coping style,and social support,accounting for 61.46%of the total effect.Conclusions:The activation in elderly stroke patients were at a relatively low level.Medical staff should promptly assess the symptom burden of patients,reduce negative coping tendencies,enhance their confidence in coping with the disease,guide patients to correctly perceive social support,and thereby improve the positivity of self-management.关键词
