危重症病人肠内营养治疗后管饲依赖居家戒断方案的构建
Construction of tube feeding dependent home withdrawal program for critically ill patients after enteral nutrition therapy

Abstract
Objective:To establish the tube feeding dependent home withdrawal program for critically ill patients after enteral nutrition therapy.To assist patients in early oral feeding and to avoid tube feeding that is not medically necessary.Methods:Through literature retrieval and group discussion,the initial draft of the plan was drafted.The final plan was formed by expert consultation using the Delphi method.And the plan was embedded in the Smart follow-up platform for feasibility and effectiveness verification.Results:A total of 24 experts completed two rounds of inquiries.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of inquiry questionnaires were 95.8%and 100.0%respectively.The expert authority coefficients was 0.87.The Kendall's Concordia coefficients for the importance of expert inquiries were 0.273 and 0.365 respectively(both P<0.001).And the Kendall's Concordia coefficients for feasibility were 0.165 and 0.276 respectively(both P<0.001).The constructed plan included 3 first-level items,11 second-level items and 42 third-level items.Conclusions:The tube feeding dependent home withdrawal program for critically ill patients after enteral nutrition therapy was scientific and feasible.It could provide reference for home-based withdrawal of patients with tube feeding dependence.关键词
