Construction of the academic norm awareness training program for master of nursing students based on the cognitive-knowledge system model

Abstract
Objective:To construct the academic norm awareness training program for master of nursing students based on the cognitive-knowledge system model.Methods:Through literature review and semi-structured interviews,the initial draft of the academic norm awareness training program for master of nursing students based on the cognitive-knowledge system model was formed.And the Delphi method was used for item screening and modification.Results:A total of two rounds of expert inquiries were conducted.The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 93.75%and 100.00%respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.84 and 0.87.And the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.194 and 0.208(all P<0.001).The final the academic norm awareness training program for master of nursing students based on the cognitive-knowledge system model included 3 first-level items,9 second-level items and 28 third-level items.Conclusions:The constructed academic norm awareness training program for master of nursing students based on the cognitive-knowledge system model was scientific and reliable.It could provide reference for the construction of the academic norm awareness of postgraduate students in China.关键词
