Research progress on chronic disease patient journey mapping
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the relevant concepts of patient journey and patient journey mapping.It expounded the key elements of drawing patient journey mapping,and analyzed the current situation of journey mapping for chronic disease patients.Finally,the paper suggested the integration of digital technology into patient journey management.关键词
