大断面隧道全断面机械化施工安全步距研究
Study on Safety Step Length of the Full Section Mechanized Construction of Large Section Tunnel

Abstract
In view of the mismatch between each mechanical operation space machinery in the full section mecha-nized construction and the safety step length of the traditional drilling and blasting method of large cross-section tunnel,based on the control factors the safety step length is studied by the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the corresponding method is determined.The research results show that:1)The surround-ing rock grade,supporting structure and mechanical supporting scheme are the key factors to determine the safety step length of the full section mechanized construction of large section tunnel.2)By this method,it is preliminarily determined that the safety step length is 240 m under the condition of grade Ⅳ surrounding rock.3)The numerical simulation results show that the maximum deformation of surrounding rock of the supporting project is 8.4 mm,which is controllable;The maximum stress of the initial support is 10.2 MPa.The maximum tensile force of the anchor rod is 35.6 kN.The bearing capacity of the support structure is greater than the pressure of surrounding rock,and the support structure is safe.4)The field monitoring data show that the vault settlement is stable at 8 mm,and the arch waist convergence is stable at 9 mm,which verifies the safety of the step length.5)The 240 m safe step length can be used for the full section mechanized construction of large cross-section tunnel under the condition of Ⅰ~Ⅲ grade surrounding rocks.The research provides safety for construction and reference for similar projects.关键词
