Abstract

When the subway shield passes through the houses,it has high requirements for the control of surface settlement.Based on the Panguan section of Xiamen Metro Line 6 crosses the housing section,three kinds of syn-chronous grouting mix proportions in different strata were designed.The grouting pressure was calculated by Rank-ine earth pressure theory and Terzaghi loose earth pressure theory.The construction technology of synchronous grouting,secondary grouting,three times grouting and four times deep hole grouting was adopted.The grouting ef-fect was verified by the combination of mine detection scanning and synchronous grouting coring.The surface and house settlement were monitored.The results show that the optimal performance of the slurry can be achieved by the appropriate mix proportion of different strata;The calculation of grouting pressure should select appropriate theory according to the overburden thickness;The combination of multiple grouting process with the verification method can effectively control the segment leakage and ground settlement,so that the maximum value of ground settlement is 7.10 mm,and the maximum value of house settlement is 7.87 mm,both within the control range.The relevant re-search results can provide reference for similar shield tunneling projects.
