Abstract

To address issues such as the multi-valued CP Ⅲ point elevation in the track control network on the main girder of long-span cable-stayed bridges in high-speed railways caused by temperature and load variations,significant influence of temperature variations on the elevation measurement and control of track top during track panel construction on the girder,and the failure of automatic leveling of electronic levels due to strong bay winds,a systematic study was conducted on the structural deformation of the long-span cable-stayed bridge under variations in temperature,load and other factors,as well as on the elevation variation characteristics of the main girder and the methods for track panel elevation measurement and control.A new method of"relative elevation difference"control was proposed for measuring and controlling the elevation of ballastless track panels on the main girder of long-span cable-stayed bridges in high-speed railways.In this method,multiple working benchmark points for measuring and controlling the track top elevation on the reference track were arranged on the main girder.The elevation difference between the benchmark points and the design elevation of the track panel measurement points under the same working conditions-defined as the"design elevation difference"—was calculated.Precise optical leveling instruments were then used to measure the actual elevation differences between the working benchmark points and the track panel measurement points,thereby guiding the vertical adjustment of the track panels.When arranging elevation working benchmark points,modal analysis should be performed on the bridge's finite element model while considering the influence of higher-order vibration modes,so as to determine the appropriate locations and number of elevation benchmark points.This method addresses the limitations of traditional track panel elevation measurement and control,where absolute elevation measurements are influenced by factors such as temperature and wind and suffer from low measurement accuracy.This method has been successfully applied to guide the fine adjustment of ballastless track construction on the main girder of the cable-stayed section of the Anhaiwan Bridge.The measurement and control of the elevation position of the ballastless track panels demonstrate good accuracy,control efficiency,and reliability,meeting the requirements of relevant specifications and ensuring the smooth construction of key control projects on the Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway.
