微课联合医学模拟教学法在儿科实习带教中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of microteaching combined with medical simulation teaching method in pediatric practice teaching.Methods A total of 60 pediatric interns from January to October 2024 in the Central Hospital of Yongzhou were divided into control group and study group based on random number table method,and traditional teaching mode and microteaching combined with medical simulation teaching method were adopted respectively.The performance in practice assessment,self-learning ability,clinical thinking ability and satisfaction with teaching mode were observed in the two groups.Results There was no difference between the two groups in terms of admission score and pass rate(P>0.05).The study group had higher discharge score and pass rate than the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of students'self-learning ability and clinical thinking ability found that the excellent rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of satisfaction with the teaching method was found to be higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of microteaching and medical simulation teaching method is helpful to improve the performance of pediatric practice,self-learning ability,and clinical thinking ability of students.Clinical interns are more recognized,which is conducive to improving the quality of pediatric practice teaching,and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.关键词
