Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Jigsaw teaching method and typical case teaching method in the teaching of pediatric intern nurses.Methods A total of 24 pediatric intern nurses from March to December 2023 in Taixing People's Hospital were selected as the control group,and implemented traditional teaching methods.A total of 24 pediatric intern nurses from January to September 2024 were selected as the observation group,and implemented Jigsaw teaching method and typical case teaching method.The learning initiative,nursing core abilities,teaching effectiveness,and teaching satisfaction in both groups were compared.Results After teaching,the active learning state(ALS)scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and in comparison of the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After teaching,the competency inventory for registered nurse(CIRN)scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and in comparison of the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).In skill,theory,and comprehensive clinical practice scores,in comparison of the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).In the overall satisfaction with teaching,in comparison of the control group(75.00%,18/24),the observation group(100.00%,24/24)was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Jigsaw teaching method and typical case teaching method in the teaching of pediatric intern nurses can improve learning initiative,teaching effectiveness,and teaching satisfaction,and enhance the nursing core abilities of intern nurses.关键词
