摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is not yet fully understood,and obesity is one of the main factors in the development of GDM.Studies have shown that obesity-associated adipokines,such as leptin,lipocalin,fetuin-A,visfatin,and zonulin are involved in the process of insulin signaling and regulation in GDM,which have predictive effects on the occurrence and progression of GDM and are associated with maternal and infant outcomes.Research on adipokines in GDM can help further understand its pathogenesis and provide references for the selection of GDM predictive factors.关键词
