摘要
Abstract
Self-management of type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)in children and adolescents is pivotal for disease control,encompassing multidimensional behaviors such as insulin therapy,blood glucose monitoring,dietary and exercise regulation,and psychosocial adaptation,which directly affects treatment outcomes and quality of life.This review synthesizes current research on the status quo,influencing factors,assessment tools,and intervention strategies for T1DM self-management in children and adolescents globally.Future research directions are proposed with the aim of enhancing self-management capabilities of children and adolescents through scientific interventions,optimizing therapeutic efficacy,and improving quality of life.关键词
