《能源法》实施对油气产业发展的影响研究
Research on the Impact of the Implementation of Energy Law on the Development of Oil and Gas Industry
摘要
Abstract
With the implementation of the"Energy Law of the People's Republic of China"promulgated for the first time in 2025,oil and gas,as the main component of China's energy industry,will face new major opportunities and challenges in terms of market competition and value management.After sorting out the legis-lative highlights and analyzing the industrial background of the implementation of the new law,it is believed that at the level of oil and gas industry,there will be a"policy dividend window"for technological innovation and a"strategic opportunity period"for the evolution of market competition;At the level of value management,there will be a"value reconstruction opportunity"for green financial innovation and capital operation and a"market value reconstruction window"from the perspective of value;Meanwhile,it also faces many challenges,such as the reconstruction of competition pattern,technical barriers,reconstruction of carbon accounting,and the risk of adapting international rules.In the choice of development path,it is necessary to further strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction,deepen structural adjustment,innovate digital economy,accelerate green technology,enhance capital support,reinforce compliance management and so on.关键词
