Abstract
As an innovative learning approach grounded in teamwork and oriented toward solving real-world problems,action learning has been widely adopted in its adaptation to the Chinese context.However,challenges such as"emphasizing activities over reflection,prioritizing form over substance,and focusing on process over outcomes"persist in practice.Based on continuous practical refinement,this paper explores the essence,evolution,theoretical foundations,key characteristics,unique advantages,and critical challenges of action learning.It further proposes recommendations for enhancing its quality and effectiveness,including fostering an open mindset among institutions and instructors in the digital-intelligent era,redefining pedagogical approaches,improving facilitation skills,and optimizing resource allocation.关键词
