摘要

Abstract

Driven by the new wave of technological revolution,the craftsmanship spirit has gradually become a core driving force of high-quality enterprise development.How to effectively cultivate and stimulate employees'craftsmanship spirit has emerged as a critical issue for both academia and industry.Based on affective event theory,this study examines the influence mechanism of high-performance work system on employees'craftsmanship spirit through sample data analysis,while verifying the mediating effect of harmonious work passion and the moderating role of psychological entitlement.The findings reveal that:high-performance work system exerts a significantly positive impact on employees'craftsmanship spirit;harmonious work passion partially mediates the relationship between high-performance work system and craftsmanship spirit;psychological entitlement negatively moderates the positive correlation between high-performance work system and craftsmanship spirit.
