Abstract
In the context of the development of new quality productivity,the value creation of human resources presents new characteristics,new models,and new paradigms.The human resource management system of enterprises has undergone fundamental changes and evolution,and the five basic elements of human resource management,including subject,object,goal,method,and basis,have undergone profound changes.To promote the development of new quality productivity,we should establish a co-created sharing enterprise human resource governance framework,cultivate an internal and external collaborative enterprise human resource supply and demand market,establish a talent-driven enterprise human resource management mechanism,build an enterprise human resource management model that integrates personnel and data,and create a humanistic enterprise human resource development environment.关键词
