复方羟氯扎胺混悬液对西门塔尔肉牛肝片吸虫和胃肠道线虫的临床药效试验
Clinical Efficacy Trial of Compound Oxyclozanide Suspension Against Fasciola hepatica and Gastrointestinal Nematodes in Simmental Beef Cattle

Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of a self-developed compound oxyclozanide suspension against Fasciola hepatica and gastrointestinal nematodes(GINs)in naturally infected Simmental beef cattle,and to determine the optimal clinical dosage for practical application.A total of 75 Simmental beef cattle confirmed positive for helminth eggs were randomly divided into five groups(15 animals per group):Low-dose[0.125 mL/(kg·bw)],Medium-dose[0.250 mL/(kg·bw)],and High-dose[0.500 mL/(kg·bw)]compound oxyclozanide suspension groups,Control drug group[Levafas diamond,0.250 mL/(kg·bw)],and Blank control group.Blood samples were collected on days 0 and 28 post-treatment to analyze hematological and biochemical indexes.Fresh fecal samples were collected from each animal on days 0,7,14,21,and 28 post-treatment to determine egg per gram(EPG)counting of F.hepatica and GINs,and to calculate the precise deworming rate and egg-negative conversion rate.The results showed no significant differences in hematological or biochemical indexes between any treatment groups and the Blank control group on days 0 and 28(P>0.05).By day 28 post-treatment,all treated groups(Low-dose,Medium-dose,High-dose,and Control drug group)showed significantly lower EPG values compared with the Blank control group(P<0.05).On day 14,the precise deworming rate and egg-negative conversion rate reached their peak in all treated groups.The findings demonstrate that the compound oxyclozanide suspension exhibits significant anthelmintic activity against F.hepatica and GINs in Simmental beef cattle.The recommended clinical dosage for practical use is 0.250 mL/(kg·bw).关键词
