同期发情-定时输精中的外源生殖激素对母猪早期胚胎发育和着床的影响研究进展
Research Progress on the Effects of Exogenous Reproductive Hormones in Simultaneous Oestrus and Timed Insemination on Early Embryo Development and Implantation in Sows
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,large-scale pig farms have gradually become the main body of pig breeding, among which batch production management has significantly improved the degree of production intensification and management efficiency by systematically regulating the reproductive rhythm of pigs.Synchronous oestrus and timed insemination technology is the core of batch production, which synchronizes estrous and follicular development and ovulation of pigs by allongesterone/synchronous weaning, and realizes timed insemination and mating synchronization. On this basis, combined with simultaneous delivery and synchronous weaning, batch production of pigs is realized.Exogenous reproductive hormones can cause the imbalance of estrogen and progesterone homeostasis, leading to the dyssynchrony of embryo-uterus development after mating, resulting in the loss of embryos and the reduction of litter size, which affects the application effect of simultaneous oestrus and timed insemination technology, and urgently needs to be optimized and improved. In this review,we summarize the current research progress on the effects of exogenous reproductive hormones on embryonic development and implantation of sows, and analyze the mechanism of their effects on embryo development,in order to provide reference for the optimization of timed insemination technology.关键词
