Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of intravenous infusion of concentrated solutions of butylphthalide, edaravone and dexcamphenol for injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 79 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Huangshi City from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(39 cases)by the random number table method. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of concentrated solution of butylphthalide combined with edaravone and dexcamphenol for injection, while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group. The levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheological indicators, cognitive and neurological functions, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results One week after treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),plasma viscosity and the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)grade in both groups decreased, while the Birmingham Cognitive Assessment Scale(BCoS)score increased. Moreover, the levels of IL-6,CRP,plasma viscosity and mRS Grade in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the BCoS score was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous infusion of concentrated solutions of butylphthalide, edaravone and dexcamphenol for injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response in patients with cerebral infarction, improve hemorheological indicators, enhance cognitive and neurological functions, and has relatively high safety.关键词
