2004-2024年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病气虚证研究文献可视化分析
A visual analysis of research on Qi deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease from 2004 to 2024

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to identify the key research areas and emerging trends in coronary heart disease with Qi(气)deficiency syndrome by CiteSpace software,thereby offering valuable insights for future investigations in this domain.Methods:Literature pertaining to coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency syndrome were collected from CNKI covering the period from January 1,2004,to July 31,2024.The data was organized and analyzed using Endnote X9.1 software.Visualization of annual publication counts,authorship,institutions involved,and keyword distribution was performed by CiteSpace version 5.8.Results:Finally,a total of 408 studies were included.In the past 20 years,the overall number of studies has remained at a high level,and the number of studies has fluctuated greatly every year.The most prolific authors included ZHANG Minzhou,WANG Wei,WANG Jie,etc.The cooperative institutions with a large number of publications included Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other institutions.The analysis of keywords mainly focused on TCM syndromes,treatment methods,comorbidities and other aspects.Conclusion:The research in the field of Qi deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease continues to develop,and studies have found that this disease is often combined with blood stasis syndrome,Yin(阴)deficiency syndrome,phlegm turbidity syndrome,etc.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome are important research syndromes in this field.Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation,and tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin are important TCM treatment principles.Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus are mainly characterized by deficiency of both Qi and Yin,which is the research hotspot and trend in this field in the future.关键词
