基于数据挖掘探讨陈洪宇教授治疗糖尿病肾病处方规律
Discussion on the medication rule of Professor CHEN Hongyu in treating diabetic kidney disease based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:Diabetic nephropathy,a prevalent complication of diabetes mellitus,has garnered considerable interest in its treatment.This study seeks to uncover the prescription patterns of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for diabetic nephropathy treatment of Professor.CHEN Hongyu,an experienced TCM practitioner,by data mining to provide reference for TCM therapy of this disease.Methods:From January 3,2013 to April 26,2023,electronic medical records of patients with diabetic nephropathy treated at Professor CHEN's Hongyu outpatient clinic were collected to establish a database and standardize nomenclature.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was utilized for association rule analysis,while SPSS Statistics 26.0 was employed for clustering analysis.Results:A total of 826 patients were selected,including 3 764 prescriptions,covering 378 Chinese medicines,with a total usage frequency of 70 492.Commonly used medications included Jixuecao(Herba Centellae Asiatica),Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii),and Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae).The predominant tastes of the medicines were sweet,bitter,and pung-ent,with properties mainly categorized as warm,neutral,and cold.They primarily targeted the liver,spleen,and kidney meridians.Through association rule analysis,10 core drug combinations were identified,with the strongest association of Danggui-Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)-Huangqi.The most frequently used drug pair was Jixuecao-Ezhu.Cluster analysis grouped the commonly used medicines into three categories,highlighting therapeutic approaches of tonifying Qi(气)and strengthening the spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and inducing diuresis to drain dampness.Conclusion:Professor CHEN Hongyu's approach to treating diabetic nephropathy involves addressing both symptoms and underlying causes by replenishing deficiency and eliminating excess.During the treatment,priority is given to promoting blood circulation and eliminating stasis,taking into account bolstering Qi and strengthening the spleen,dispelling wind and dampness,and detoxifying harmful substances.The personalized nature of diagnosis and treatment is demonstrated by these approaches.关键词
