Abstract
Objective:To evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of three proprietary Chinese medicine pills,Dahuang Zhechong Wan(大黄䗪虫丸),Biejia Jian Wan(鳖甲煎丸),and Anluo Huaxian Wan(安络化纤丸),in the treatment of cirrhosis of hepatitis B by network Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials related to proprietary Chinese medicine pills in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis were collected through computerized search in Chinese and English databases,including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science and Cochrane Library.The time range was from the establishment of the database to January 2024.Cochrane risk bias tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included literatures,NoteExpress and RevMan 5.3 software were used for literature management and quality evaluation,and Stata 17 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 29 studies were included.The results of systematic analysis showed that in terms of increasing the overall clinical effectiveness rate and reducing the portal vein internal diameter,the best probability was Dahuang Zhechong Wan+Entecavir,Biejia Jian Wan+Entecavir,Anluo Huaxian Wan+Entecavir.In terms of decreasing HA,LN and PCⅢ in serum,the best probability was Biejia Jian Wan+Entecavir,Anluo Huaxian Wan+Entecavir,Dahuang Zhechong Wan+Entecavir.In terms of reducing the level of serum Ⅳ-C,the best probability was Anluo Huaxian Wan+Entecavir,Biejia Jian Wan+Entecavir,Dahuang Zhechong Wan+Entecavir.In terms of safety,Dahuang Zhechong Wan+Entecavir was the best,which was followed by Anluo Huaxian Wan+Entecavir,Biejia Jian Wan+Entecavir.Conclusion:The combination of proprietary Chinese medicine pills and Entecavir can improve the overall clinical effectiveness rate,improve liver function,and reduce portal vein internal diameter in patients with cirrhosis.The combination of Dahuang Zhechong Wan and Entecavir can be preferred in clinical treatment.However,due to the lack of direct comparison between the drugs,higher quality randomized controlled trials are needed for further validation.关键词
