Abstract
Chronic glomerulonephritis,which belongs to lumbago,deficiency syndrome,edema,uremia and other categories in traditional Chinese medicine,is a common chronic kidney disease,characterized by insidious onset,slow progression,protracted course,and diverse clinical manifestations.After treatment with ACEI/ARB and glucocorticoids,some patients can be treated effectively,but there are still adverse reactions such as diabetes,gastric ulcer,liver injury,anemia,and leukopenia,and the long-term efficacy is not ideal,indicating that the current treatment still has certain limitations.Clinically,its treatment is often combined with TCM to improve the curative effect.Based on the differentiation of Zang-fu organs(脏腑)and Qi(气)-blood of chronic glomerulonephritis,this paper discusses the progress of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis by reviewing the clinical studies on TCM treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis in recent five years.The differentiation of Zang-fu organs can be divided into five main syndrome types:spleen-kidney Yang(阳)deficiency,liver-kidney Yin(阴)deficiency,spleen-kidney Qi deficiency,lung-kidney Qi deficiency,and spleen-lung Qi deficiency.The differentiation of Qi-blood can be divided into two common syndrome types:Qi deficiency and blood stasis(combined with dampness),and Qi and Yin deficiency(combined with blood stasis).In clinical practice,the methods of"supplementing the lung,strengthening the spleen,and strengthening the kidney",invigorating Qi and removing water,nourishing Yin and clearing heat,and strengthening healthy Qi and dispelling evil are used,and the modified prescriptions of the Xiaoniao Danbai decoction(消尿蛋白饮),Sancai Fengsui Dan(三才封髓丹),Wucao Shenyan decoction(五草肾炎汤),Wuling San(五苓散),self-made Buqi Shengyang prescription(补气升阳方),Qingli Huoxue Yangyin prescription(清利活血养阴方),and Shenqi Dihuang Decoction(参芪地黄汤)are given respectively.In addition,in terms of the research on the treatment complications such as hematuria and proteinuria,this article also makes a brief summary,and then more comprehensive summary of the current TCM treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis progress is given.关键词
