Abstract

Objective:To explore the possible mechanism of Shichangpu(Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma)in the treatment of cervicitis based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology.Methods:The compounds of Shichangpu were collected in the TCMSP and TCM databases,the active compounds were screened through the PubChem database,and the potential targets of the active compounds were predicted using the SwissTargetPrediction and PharmMapper databases.The main targets of cervicitis were obtained from GeneCards,OMIM,TTD,and DRUGBANK databases.Venn diagram of common drug targets of Shichangpu for cervicitis was constructed to analyze the protein-protein interaction network of common targets,so as to screen the key targets.GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses for active compound targets were performed through Metascape online website.The"Shichangpu-cervicitis-target-signaling pathway"network was established.Molecular docking technology was used to verify the molecular docking of the active components of Shichangpu and targets.Results:There were 9 ingredients,207 common targets,and 73 key targets of Shichangpu.The main action pathways included cancer pathway,Wnt signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway and so on.The results of molecular docking showed that α-asaryl ether,β-asaryl ether,eucalyptus,eugenol,kaempferol and other active ingredients of Shichangpu had good docking activity with CASP3,SRC,VEGFA and other proteins.Conclusion:Shichangpu may play a role in the treatment of cervicitis by acting on targets such as AKT1,ALB,VEGFA,EGFR,and CASP3 through signaling pathways such as cancer pathway,nitrogen metabolism,cervical adhesions,Wnt signaling pathway,and NF-κB signaling pathway.
