Abstract
Objective:Vaginitis,as a common gynecological disease,has a morbidity rate of 20%among women aged 20 to 60,and its high recurrence rate severely affects the quality of life of patients.This article systematically summarizes the academic system of Professor ZHU Jinying,a famous traditional Chinese medicine practioner,to provide traditional Chinese medicine solutions for the treatment of related gynecological infectious diseases in humid and hot regions.Methods:Through the method of followed-up study,the medical records about the treatment of vaginitis of Professor ZHU Jinying were collected and sorted out,and one typical clinical diagnosis and treatment case was selected to analyze and summarize Professor ZHU Jinying's academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of vaginitis.Results:Professor ZHU Jinying puts forward that the core pathogenesis of this disease is"spleen deficiency and liver stagnation as the root cause,heat toxin and dampness accumulation as the manifestation"combined with the characteristics of hot and humid climate in Lingnan region,establishes the treatment method of invigorating the spleen and regulating Qi(气)as the main approach,which is complemented by clearing heat and resolving dampness.Professor ZHU emphasizes the importance of invigorating the spleen,nourishing the stomach,and regulating Qi movement to assist the spleen in transforming dampness throughout the treatment process.For damp-heat pathogens,Professor ZHU applies heat-clearing drugs.Professor ZHU employs a modified Wandai decoction(完带汤)to treat vaginitis in the Lingnan region,which is characterized by the following two main features:① Innovative pathogenesis:Professor ZHU introduces a dynamic pathogenesis model of"triple energizer Qi transformation-loss of regulation in Belt Channel",explaining how the humid and hot climate in Lingnan leads to"dampness obstructing the spleen→middle energizer dysfunction→liver stagnation and heat→damp-heat descending",which ultimately results in an imbalance of vaginal microecology.② Innovative therapeutic method:Professor ZHU establishes a distinctive treatment approach of"regulating triple energizer and promoting drainage".The basic formula,Wandai decoction[including Baizhu(Atractylodes),Shanyao(Chinese Yam),and Cheqianzi(Plantain Seed)],invigorates the spleen and raises clear Yang(阳),for those with severe damp-heat,Huangbo(Cortex phellodendriand)and Yiyiren(Semen coicis)are added to dredge damp-heat;for those with long-term illness damaging Yin(阴),Shengdihuang(Rhizome of rehmannia)and Zhimu(Rhizoma anemarrhenae)are used to nourish Yin and clear heat.Conclusion:Professor ZHU Jinying integrates ancient and modern approaches,diagnoses and treats vaginitis from both deficiency and excess perspectives,applies treatment according to symptoms,achieves definite clinical efficacy,and provides new ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease,which is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
