马朝群应用代茶饮治疗颈部良性淋巴结肿大经验
MA Chaoqun's experience in treating benign cervical lymph node enlargement with substitute tea

Abstract
Cervical benign lymph node enlargement is a common clinical disease in traditional Chinese medicine surgery.Professor MA Chaoqun,a famous TCM practitioner in Jiangsu Province,treats cervical benign lymph node enlargement from heat,fire,phlegm,poison,stasis,and deficiency.Clinically,benign lymph node enlargement is usually divided into two stages by the professor:the early stage and the middle-late stage.It is believed that the etiology and pathological factors of the early stage are mainly heat toxicity and phlegm turbidity,and the syndromes are mostly excess syndrome.In the middle-late stage,it is mainly the internal stasis,involving the Zang-fu organs(脏腑),and the syndrome type is mostly deficiency mixed with excess.Professor MA Chaoqun has always adhered to TCM ideas of"unity of the holistic and the local","combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation",and"the same treatment of different diseases",and divides the syndrome of cervical benign lymph nodes into six types,and the treatment is as follows.For the syndrome of excessive wind and heat,Yinqiao San(银翘散)and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction(五味消毒饮)are modified;For the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation,Huanglian Jiedu decoction(黄连解毒汤)and Bixie Shenshi decoction(萆薢渗湿汤)are modified;For the syndrome of liver stagnation and phlegm heat,Kaiyu San(开郁散)is prescribed and modified.For the syndrome of spleen-deficiency and phlegm stasis,Shenling Baizhu San(参苓白术散)combined with medicinals for dissolving phlegm and removing blood stasis are prescribed.For the syndrome of blood stasis and poison,Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)combined with Xiaoluo Wan(消瘰丸)is prescribed;For the syndrome of Yang(阳)deficiency and phlegm congealing,Yanghe decoction(阳和汤)and Bazhen decoction(八珍汤)are prescribed.Clinically,the self-made"Qingre Sanjie Chayin decoction(清热散结茶饮方)"is effective in the treatment of mild phlegm and heat in the initial stage.In the formula,Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae)and Yejuhua(Flos Chrysanthemi Indici)clear heat and detoxify.Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae)and Zhebeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii)dissipate phlegm.Tianshan Xuelian and Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)promote blood and Qi.Gouqizi(Fructus Lycii)guide meridian and nourish Yin(阴).The whole prescription plays the roles of clearing heat and detoxifying,and resolving phlegm and dispersing knots.Substitute tea has been used since ancient times.It has many advantages,such as convenient access,flexible prescription,mild drug property,and reliable curative effects.In the treatment of this disease,substitute tea has the characteristic advantages of being simple and inexpensive,and strong patients compliance,which expands the scope of substitute tea in the treatment of surgical diseases in TCM,and provides a new idea for the treatment of benign cervical lymph node enlargement in TCM.关键词
