基于数据挖掘探讨近10年针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍头颈部选穴规律
Discussion on the selection pattern of head and neck acupuncture points for post-stroke cognitive impairment in the past 10 years based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the pattern of acupoint selection at the head and neck by searching the literature related to acupuncture treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment in the past 10 years.Methods:In Chinese journal full-text database,Wanfang data knowledge service platform,Weipu information Chinese journal service platform,PubMed,Web of Science database,relevant literatures on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment in the last 10 years(January 1,2014 to September 21,2024)were retrieved to establish the relevant database by Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,Cytoscape_v3.10.2,SPSS 25.0 software were used to analyze the head and neck acupoints and mine the data.Results:(1)A total of 117 valid articles were included in the literature,containing 117 prescriptions for acupoints,involving 32 head and neck acupoints,with a total frequency of 410 times,and the top five were Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Shenting(GV24),Fengchi(GB20),and Benshen(GB13),in that order.The high-frequency use of acupoints was mainly distributed in the Du(督)meridian.(2)The selected acupoints were mainly crossing points.(3)The analysis of the association rules showed that Baihui-Sishencong was the rule with the highest degree of support,with a degree of support of 61.47%.Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting and Fengchi,might be the core group of acupuncture points for the treatment of PSCI.(4)Cluster analysis of the top 10 acupoints could be divided into two main categories.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment for post-stroke cognitive impairment in the head and neck region is mainly based on the acupuncture points of the Du(督)meridian,Gallbladder meridian,and Bladder meridian,with emphasis on the selection of crossing points,which can be used in clinical diagnosis and treatment to improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
