Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the Bailing capsules(百令胶囊)in the treatment of lupus nephritis,and explore its potential mechanisms through network pharmacology analysis.Methods:Databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP were searched.Randomized controlled trials that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct quality assessment and Meta-analysis of the included literature.The relevant databases were searched to screen the effective ingredients and related targets of the Bailing capsules,as well as the disease targets associated with lupus nephritis.The intersection targets of the two were obtained for GO enrichment analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis.Results:A total of 21 articles were included in the Meta-analysis.The results showed that the Bailing capsules could effectively improve clinical efficacy,reduce 24-hour urine protein content,SLEDAI score,blood creatinine,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.The network pharmacology results showed that there were 68 intersecting targets of the Bailing capsules and lupus nephritis.Ten key targets were selected through protein-protein interaction network diagram,namely TNF,IL-1B,AKT1,CASP3,PTGS2,TGF-B1,BCL2,PPARG,HSP90AA1,and ESR1.GO enrichment analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the potential mechanisms involved 132 signaling pathways,among which the key signaling pathways were the cancer pathway,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,and tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway.Conclusion:The Bailing capsules can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy on lupus nephritis,alleviate patients'clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.In addition,the treatment of lupus nephritis with Bailing capsules is a complex process involving multiple targets and pathways,and its potential action mechanism requires further exploration.关键词
