基于Citespace的阴虚体质可视化分析
A visual analysis of Yin deficiency physical constitution based on Citespace

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research status and development trend of Yin(阴)deficiency physical constitution based on Citespace,and provide reference for subsequent research.Methods:CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases were searched for relevant studies on Yin deficiency physical constitution from the establishment of databases to July 16,2024,and the visual analyses of authors,institutions,and keywords were carried out by Citespace.Results:A total of 1 157 studies were included.There were 615 authors in the author collaboration map,and 364 institutions in the research institution cooperation map.The institutions with higher centrality were Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 444 keywords were included in the keyword map,of which 30 keywords appeared not less than 10 times.Conclusion:The identification of physical constitution is the cornerstone of the study on Yin deficiency physical constitution,and physical constitution assessment has shifted from relying on subjective scales to looking for more practical objective indicators.However,current studies mostly focus on the construction of single mode,and have not yet formed a comprehensive index system.The multi-dimensional physical constitution diagnosis model based on the integration of TCM and Western medicine needs to be realized by means of modern information technology such as artificial intelligence.Physical constitution-disease correlation is the key to the study on Yin deficiency physical constitution.In recent years,the disease spectrum of physical constitution-disease correlation has continued to be expande.Among them,studies on diabetes and hypertension were carried out earlier,and diseases such as sleep disorders and lung cancer will become research hotspots.The adjustability of physical constitution is the essence of the study on Yin deficiency physical constitution.The physical constitution can be adjusted with age,children and the elderly constitute the main body of Yin deficiency physical constitution,and the research on the two shows the development direction of"whole life cycle nursing".The physical constitution can be changed by treatment.However,the prescriptions and therapies used to regulate Yin deficiency physical constitution in clinical practice are complicated,and the addition and subtraction of prescriptions for Yin deficiency physical constitution and related systematic evaluation need to be further developed.关键词
