Abstract
The musculoskeletal system is crucial for maintaining the biomechanical balance of the knee joint,with the muscles forming the stability system and the bones providing the support framework.In the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis,muscle lesions often precede bone,and eventually injure bone with the progress of the disease.The root cause of knee osteoarthritis is the imbalance of musculoskeletal system,with biomechanical imbalance being the key etiology of the imbalance of muscles and bones.Based on the concept of"the knee is the house of ligament",taking the muscle and bone structure of the knee as the foothold,and starting with the balance of musculoskeletal mechanics,the evolutionary pattern of the muscle-bone pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis is deeply studied and summarized here."Tension balance acupuncture"was initially used for personalized treatment of spastic paralysis patients after stroke.Based on the symptoms of"urgent Yin(阴)and slow Yang(阳)"or"urgent Yang and slow Yin"between the active muscle group and the antagonistic muscle group,the corresponding acupuncture points on the extensor or flexor muscle were selected to adjust the tension between the muscles by different stimulation techniques to achieve the balance state of the muscles and bones.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the imbalance of the muscles and tendons around the knee will lead to the impairment of its functions of binding muscles and bones,and smoothing joints,and then cause clinical symptoms such as unfavorable flexion and extension,and difficulty in walking.Based on this point,combined with the onset of knee osteoarthritis,anatomical positioning,core muscle coordination and other factors,the"tension balance acupuncture"for treating knee osteoarthritis is formulated in this study.The method combines Yin and Yang meridian points of lower limbs with different stimulation techniques to adjust the tension balance of the knee joint and achieve the state of Yin and Yang harmony of"bones are right,tendons are soft,and Qi and blood are flowing".On this basis,the core concept of"treating bone from tendon"of tension balance acupuncture is proposed to guide the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and a new strategy of acupuncture for bone and focusing on tendon is formed,aiming to restore the biomechanical balance of knee joint.关键词
