Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rule of Professor WEI Wei in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC),so as to analyze the thinking of treating CSC from Zang-fu organs(脏腑)differentiation by Professor WEI Wei,and further summarize the experience of Professor WEI Wei in treating CSC.Methods:The TCM prescriptions for treating CSC of Professor WEI Wei were collected and the relevant databases were established.SPSS and Excel were used to statistically analyze clinical efficacy,medicinal properties,medicinal flavors,and meridian tropism of all Chinese medicines in the included prescriptions,and cluster analysis on 30 high-frequency Chinese medicines was performed to mine the medication rule.Results:A total of 379 prescriptions were collected,involving 128 Chinese medicines.According to the efficacy statistics of Chinese medicines included,the most commonly used medicines were clearing dampness medicines.According to the statistics of medicinal properties and medicinal flavors,the most commonly used medicines were cold property medicines and sweet medicines.According to the statistics of meridian tropism of Chinese medicines,the medicine with the highest species was liver meridian-absorbed medicine,and the medicine with the highest frequency was lung meridian-absorbed medicine.Through cluster analysis,a total of 8 pairs of commonly used medicines were identified,including Fuling(Poria)-Zexie(Rhizoma Alismatis),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae)-Zhuling(Polyporus),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Huashi(Talcum),Dongguazi(Semen Benincasae)-Yumixu(Corn Stigma),etc.,and 4 groups of commonly used medicine combinations such as Fuling-Zexie-Baizhu-Zhuling-Gancao-Huashi,and Dongguazi-Yumixu-Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)-Cheqianzi(Semen Plantaginis)-Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri)-Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae).Conclusion:Professor WEI Wei believes that the onset of CSC is mostly related to spleen,liver,and kidneys.By the analysis of medication rule and the summary of clinical study,Professor WEI Wei's three clinical experiences in distinguishing and treating CSC from Zang-fu organs are drawn as follows:strengthening spleen and dredging water is important,treating the disease from the liver runs through the whole process,and the tonifying kidney and nourishing Yin(阴)method is used to brighten the eyes.关键词
