LEI Lei's clinical experience in treating gynecological diseases with Dahuang
摘要
Abstract
Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei)has the functions of clearing heat and discharging fire,cooling blood and detoxifying,and expelling blood stasis and dredging channels and collaterals,and has bidirectional regulating effects such as promoting blood circulation and stopping bleeding,and purgating retained fluid and preventing diarrhea,which will backfire if not used properly.Professor LEI Lei has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and scientific research of obstetrics and gynecology for more than 30 years,and is good at the combination of TCM and Western medicine to treat a variety of gynecological diseases.The professor is not limited to the efficacy of commonly used medicines in clinical practice,but continues to explore and think in combination with the clinical experience,masters the medicinal property and taste,as well as tropism meridian,and is good at the use of the compatibility and dosage of medicines.Professor LEI Lei has unique views on Dahuang,in the application of Dahuang adheres to the concepts of"clever in the dosage,ingenuity in the processing,preciousness in compatibility",and flexibly uses Dahuang to treat gynecological diseases."Clever in the dosage"is mainly reflected in the clinical application of Dahuang,paying attention to the following principles:"For patients with excessive syndrome,the dosage of Dahuang should be moderate;for patients with deficient syndrome,the dosage of Dahuang should be small.A small dosage has the effect of removing dampness,the moderate dosage has the effect of promoting blood circulation,and the big dosage has the effect of breaking coagulation"."Ingenuity in the processing"is mainly reflected in emphasizing the strong ability of decreasing weight and lipid of raw Dahuang,the strong ability of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis of wine Dahuang,the good effect of hemostasis of stir-fried Dahuang,and the moderate cathartic effect of steamed Dahuang."Preciousness in compatibility"is mainly embodied in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome with prescriptions contained raw Dahuang to promote ovulation.Steamed Dahuang is given to patients with small amount of bleeding,while stir-fried Dahuang is given to patients with large amount of bleeding.Wine Dahuang is used to treat uterine myoma.Steamed Dahuang plus Kushen(Radix Sophorae Fiavescentis),Shechuangzi(Fructus Cnidii),Bai'xian'pi(Cortex Dictamni),Baizhi(Radix Angelicae Dahuricae)and other drying dampness products are used to treat vulvovaginal candidiasis.In this paper,Professor LEI Lei's clinical experience of medication is summarized to provide more reference for colleagues.关键词
