Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of sublethal doses(LC10 and LC30)of different acaricides on the growth and reproduction of Tet-ranychus urticae,the virulence of acaricides to female adult mites and eggs of Tetranychus urticae were determined using the spray method,and the effects of it on the growth and reproduction of Tetranychus urticae were analyzed by the life table technique.The results showed that the LC30 and LC10 of bifenazate were 3.53 and 0.65 mg/L for female adult mites,4.93 and 1.12 mg/L for eggs,respectively;the LC30 and LC10 of cyflumetofen was 1.22and 0.31 mg/L for female adult mites,3.52 and 1.08 mg/L for eggs,respectively.Comparing with the clear water con-trol group,treating female adult mites and eggs of the Tetranychus urticae with sublethal doses of bifenazate and cyflumetofen(LC10 and LC30),respectively,the preoviposition periods were significantly increased in the different treatment groups,and the oviposition period,the egg pro-duction,the survival rate and the hatching rate of the Tetranychus urticae were significantly reduced,with the lowest indexes in the LC30 treat-ment group.Net reproductive rate(R0),population doubling time(Dt)and average generation calendar(T)showed a decreasing trend,while circumscribed growth rate(λ)and endowed growth rate(rm)increased.The study showed that the sublethal doses(LC10 and LC30)of bifenazate and cyflumetofen were effective in controlling the growth and reproduction of the Tetranychus urticae.关键词
